Amy & Rob
Yet another amazing wedding – this year has been great fun! I’ll start my story at The Clock Barn itself – even though I had already been to see Amy and the girls get ready, it wasn’t until they got to the Clock Barn that they got ready ready.
As the girls arrived I thought it would be a good idea to get them walking up to the hill with the beautiful views behind them – this was on the main entrance driveway but as we were a good 1/2 hour ahead of when Rob was going to arrive it was a ‘safe’ option.
Unfortunately we hadn’t realised how early one guest decided to appear – some 90 minutes before the service! Now most of the time I see people arriving very very close to when the ceremony starts so 90 minutes early was seriously keen!
Amy and the girls were furiously waving at the car in the distance trying to get them to stop! They kept coming!! Eventually they realised and pulled into a lay-by – phew.
As soon as Rob, the Groomsmen and rest of the guests arrived the noise and laughter levels picked up – you could tell it was going to be a great wedding.
The venue itself looked amazing the ceremony room and all the other annexes had been decorated subtly with flowers, candles and photographs – finished off with metres and metres of bunting.
The whole day was celebration start to finish and we were treated with fabulous weather all day, which enabled us to use all the surrounding areas, fields and barns for photographs.
At the end of the day as I left there were some truly epic dance floor moves in progress. I can only imagine on what happened later…….
