What a fun wedding day this was to photograph!
Rob & Sam, many congratulations to you both.
Due to a location difference between us, I held a ‘Skype’ consultation with Rob and Sam. We ran through some wedding photography ideas, understood what they were after, and happily, they booked me!
Fast forward to their Wedding day – the weather was stunning and when I arrived at Parley Manor their guests were having a few ‘early’ drinks on the lawn.
The seven bridesmaids arrived by limo and right behind them was Sam in her Rolls Royce.
Considering how many guests were in the ceremony marquee, there was near perfect silence as Sam walked in – all eyes were watching her – I however was watching Rob who wiped a tear from his eye as his Bride walked towards him.
After the ceremony there was plenty of time for drinks and congratulations before their requested group photos.
After the wedding breakfast, speeches were delivered … for starters, Sam’s Dad (with his laugh) had the room absolutely rolling with laughter … I did feel sorry for Rob and his Best Man as it was a hard act to follow, although they too delivered great speeches. Well done all round to the boys!
A few sherries later I took the bridesmaids and groomsmen out for some evening shots and that’s when it all went off!
The groom was picked up by the bridesmaids (and then dropped!), there was singing and high kicking in the wild flower fields and after 10 minutes of full on fun and laughter, the sky turned so pink and so stunning I had to grab Rob and Sam for one last shot.
Great day guys, thanks very much for asking me to photograph it for you … here it is in 60 photographs ….
