Wedding Photographer Wimborne Minster
Tim & Jess – Just a lovely, relaxed day from start to finish.
A beautiful summer’s day at two stunning locations, firstly Wimborne Minster for the ceremony. I arrived after some preparation photographs with the girls, to find the boys in the pub! Tim and all his friends had descended on the White Hart Pub for a cheeky one before the ceremony …. I arrived just as Tim was about to buy some 30 shots of Rum for him and his friends. The timing couldn’t have been better because just as he got his wallet out to buy the drinks, I whisked him away for an ‘essential photograph’ (sorry to whoever picked up the Tab!)
Jess arrived in style in a beautiful VW bug, you could hear the engine as it turned into the one way street before arriving at the main entrance.
I spotted Jess’ Dad struggling to hold his emotions as they walked down the aisle. The service itself and readings were both lovely, with a tiny emotional stumble from Jess as she exchanged rings – and then they were Mr & Mrs!!!
Outside a Guard of Honour was waiting them as they exited, before the warm congratulations of their friends and families.
En route to Bishops Court Manor House. we stopped off at Badbury Rings for a few shots around the tree-lined road. Jess then hopped up onto a old gate with Tim; they had a few moments to themselves whilst I snapped away. Then off to the stunning National Trust property of Bishops Court Manor House.
Everyone was enjoying the reception time and the views down by the river with a glass in hand.
Inside, the marquee was dress stunningly well – I believe Jess had been busy creating and making, and boy was it good.
After the speeches we were treated to a surprise Sea Shanty, then before the bar was drunk dry, the First Dance with a twist!
It was so well planned and such great fun.
