Mark & Claire – Norburton Hall Bridport
It was like a scene from and American box office movie
Registrar “If any of you has reasons why these two should not be married, speak now or f…………………….”
Bang the door swings open – the Grooms looks aghast – the Bride turns to look to see who dare interrupt their big day…………….
Fortunately due to a Sat Nav error a few friends were a touch late to the Ceremony – I must be honest in 10 years I’ve never seen this before – the timing was orchestrated to the second.
In the morning I travelled across to Bridport early to make final plans for the day – I immediately bumped into Mark & Clare who were getting ready at Norburton Hall, the marquee was up and the chef’s were preparing the feast for later.
Apart from the interruption the ceremony at the registry office went smoothly, a couple of tears from Mark’s Mum, Then afterwards Mark & Clare had a drive down to the beach whilst their guests arrived back at Norburton Hall.
There was a few group shots before the Wedding Breakfast, then speeches. I took Mark & Claire down to the beach afterwards for 1/2 hour – while they strolled down the sands I took some shots.
The evening finished with a band – I only stayed for a couple of songs but they were pretty good!!!
